Vetiver oil is often chosen for yoga and meditation rituals because of its calm, earthy scent. Because it is very thick, it is diluted more than other essential oils.
Suggested use: Add a few drops to a diffuser or use in diluted massage blends. Essential oils are concentrated: do not apply directly to the skin, avoid contact with eyes and keep out of reach of children.
Vetiver Essential Oil 100% Pure and Natural 10 ml
It should be used diluted.
You can change the air of your room by adding a few drops of oil to the diffuser, provide an aromatherapy steam bath experience by dropping it on the bathroom floor while taking a shower, and make it easier for you to fall asleep by dropping bird amla on your pillow. For skin benefits, it is used by adding 10 drops of vetiver oil to 50 ml of fixed oil.
